Sacramento Shelter rescue Poodle Bichon, Samuel, was classed as “unadoptable” by the Shelter because he was a fearful dog. Now, social sophisticate, Sammy, goes to his first Elmhurst Neighborhood Association Fall Pancake Breakfast.
