Samuel got a nice surprise at the hot 4th July Davis Criterium Bike Race in Davis. The dog water bowl is back outside “Outdoor Davis”!! That was the second time it was stolen! But this time it has the name of the store on the outside. Sammy hopes now people won’t steal it again!
